Care and Responsibility
The lights are valued at over £3,000. Please take reasonable care and do not leave them unattended, including in a vehicle.

- The lights are for indoor use only. For marquee use, lights must be fully covered and never left outside overnight, as moisture can cause damage.
- Lost or damaged remotes carry a £20 replacement fee.
Waiver
A waiver will be sent 7 days before your event. If your request is within 7 days, the waiver will be sent immediately. The waiver must be signed prior to collection.
No waiver. No collection.
Availability
Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is not confirmed until the £50 community contribution has been received.
Contribution
A £50 community contribution is requested upfront, prior to collection. This helps maintain, repair, and grow the equipment so we can continue supporting families.
We have invested over £7,000 in equipment to make this possible and to ensure everything is safe, reliable, and well maintained. If this amount is difficult for you, please speak to us — we are a Gemach and here to help.
Community Commitment
These guidelines allow the Gemach to function smoothly and remain available to everyone celebrating simchot throughout the year.
